In the current globalised scenario, traditional training and coaching methods have their limitations. Coaching today, needs to be systemic and weaved along with the existing culture of the organization for effective results. S DOC is a step in the direction of preparing coaches and trainers to cater to this need of organizations.

S DOC – Systemic and Dialogical organizational coaching will help participants learn about how to weave and create a learning climate in organizations so that changes can be introduced effortlessly. Individual Behavioural modifications have their limitations on overall development of the organization. S DOC aims at facilitating participants to gain a systemic perspective and from that understanding suggest and assist in implementation of strategic visions.

The course aims at creating awareness about culture, systemic understanding of the organization and planning interventions as an effective tool to bring about change aimed at the overall health of the organization. A healthy organization is well on its path towards growth.
